OAU SHUT DOWN: JAC Holds Decisive Congress As Students Awaits Resolutions

The Joint Action Committee (JAC) are currently in a decisive meeting over the current Strike issue brought to the university management by NASU to make their final decision as to wether the school will be shut down or the academic session will continue as students are urging for a better resolution as their exams is just a week ahead.

The members of the National body NASU, SSANU, NAAT are currently discussing the directives to ensure that the strike is effective on campuses.

This was confirmed by the NASU chairman Wole Odewunmi as he claims the congress will decide wether the university will be shut down by 12 noon today.
