Over 21,780 out of 33,000 teachers failed the primary four test carried out to test their skill by the Kaduna State government.

 The state is in this manner looking for 25,000 new teachers as one of the plans to re-establish respect and quality to training.

Kaduna State revealed the arranged enlistment when he got a World Bank's assignment in Kaduna on Monday.

 We tested our 33,000 elementary teachers, we gave them primary four examination and required they should get nothing less than 75% yet It's so tragic to declare that 66% of them failed to meet the requirements.

 The hiring of teachers in the past was politicized and we mean to change that by acquiring youthful and qualified grade teachers to re-establish the pride of training in the express," the senator said.
