Heavy Downpour disturbs Lagos State Council Polls (Photo)

An heavy rainfall, early Saturday morning in many parts of Lagos State has disturbed the begining of the state council polls as it also ruined cars in sango-ota.

At Oshodi, where our reporter is checking the polls, party operators were seen as yet dispersing ID labels to
individuals and supporters. As at 8 am, none of the polling centers had authoritatively opened for the day's activity.

On Apapa Road and Oyingbo pivot on the Lagos Mainland, our reporter watched that gathering operators are yet to set up their surveying stalls as at 8.15am because of the surge that has assumed control key positions in the region.

As of the season of recording this report, they were still observed attempting to discover another area to mount their stands.

Qualified voters and gathering stalwarts could be seen standing around, sitting tight for assist mandates
